I spent twenty years taking care of everyone else's night — and had no idea how to take care of my own life.

After Hours is the place I went looking for and couldn't find: somewhere that understood the industry without glorifying the burnout, and taught the practical work of feeling human again.

So I built it. I'm really glad you're here.
